We develop technologies and inspection equipment to detect contamination on various surfaces, including machine components, electronics, and wafers. We use laser scanners and camera-based methods to enable spatially resolved, high-resolution cleanliness inspection. Our systems can inspect components of different sizes and geometries and can be used in laboratories or production equipment.

Exhibit

We will showcase an optical method based on laser-induced fluorescence and laser scanning. The F-Scanner creates a high-resolution map of organic surface contaminants, such as lubricants, polymers, and fingerprints. This makes it an ideal tool for 100-percent surface inspection.
